This was a personal poster project I did for my own hero, my partner of 5 years. We're celebrating our anniversary in July and I wanted something that celebrated his love for the hero's journey, the narrative of success over the challenge of adversity, and something he would want to put into his classroom. These are visual references to several of his favorite IPs and characters, and I knew it was a winner when he teared up as he unravelled it
